MOTIVATIONGWL Realty Inc - a leading Canadian real estate investment advisor, was looking for something to generate "buzz" around the newly renovated 155 University Avenue in downtown Toronto. DIRECTIONThe first item was a printed "cube" that recipients were meant to put together themselves. A custom die-cut was used so that the cube could be assembled without scissors or tape. An online communication was then sent out to recipients inviting them to witness the unveiling of 155U. This was also used to announce the launch of 155u.ca. REACTIONThe cube was mailed out to 400 recipients. 155 University was revealed on September 1st, 2013. It was then re-purposed as a poster that was featured on the wall at the launch events. 155u.ca
