MOTIVATION
To promote the new collaboration between Hudson’s Bay Company, Mini Cooper and Puma Canada, an online contest was devised. Participants were invited to pre selected Hudson’s Bay locations to see the new Puma-branded Mini Cooper which was filled with Puma footwear. They were then directed to a website to enter their guess at how many shoes were in the car and prompted to enter their personal details.

DIRECTION
The custom designed microsite was developed in collaboration with Socimedia. An interactive HTML5 rotator was built which allowed users to get a second look at the vehicle. The microsite was also available through Puma Canada’s Facebook pages.

REACTION
The contest was extremely successful. There were over 9,000 entries and 11,000 unique visits to the microsite. The Mini’s contents were awarded to the winner in October, 2012.
