MOTIVATIONQicSEND first approached us with a request to "skin" a pre-existing iOS Mobile application. Before that could be done, a branding system needed to be established to ensure a consistent look and feel between the mobile iOS application, the website and any other corporate materials. In short, QicSend needed a brand strategy and the iOS app was the starting point. DIRECTIONQicSEND was a new iOS 7+ financial based app that was designed to facilitate the movement of funds between Canada and the rest of the world. To reflect this, the design needed to be simple, modern and clean. REACTIONWe began with a brand strategy. That strategy lead to a logo design. The strategy lead the way for the corporate logo and design & layout of both the iOS application and the responsive website.
